Our Core Values

At ERIRI we live our values, which centre on respect for our community, respect for local craftsmanship and respect for our planet. We aim at designing a unique curation of seasonless heirloom-style garments, that stand the test of time, spark creativity, mindfulness and inspiration, and compliment the beautiful women we are.

Florence, established ERIRI in 2019 with a vision to create slow luxury everyday garments, able to be part of any kind of wardrobe, from the most preppy to the most urban one.

This vision formed the framework for the first ERIRI edition: a considered edit of linen homewear pieces.

The ERIRI philosophy centres on being sure everything we make is designed with intention, to be purposeful and manufactured with longevity in mind.

ERIRI is proud to support flax and linen industry by sourcing the fabric locally in Europe.

We chose European linen because it’s a resilient plant, that grows thanks to the combination of rich soil and the mild North Sea climate, and the making of linen is a long story of passion and craftsmanship.

ERIRI was founded on three principles: intentional design, thoughtful business and holistic mindset.

INTENTIONAL DESIGN

The core of the brand and our signature is linen fabric, sourced from partners championing time-honoured processes, heritage, and respect for the makers and for the land, as much as we do. Centuries of heritage, know-how, and passion that allow us to propose you purposeful and versatile garments and accessories made to last and to love for long time. Our editions are imagined in Paris, with 100% of our accessories and garments made in Europe. This short supply chain means a reduced carbon footprint and clear understanding of it. We aim at designing a permanent seasonless collection of refined-in-their-simplicity garments with few components to allow easier repairability, as much versatile as possible, so you can buy less and buy better.

HOLISTIC MINDSET

We make clothes, but what we really want to make is change: change the way we see, buy, produce and care for our clothes.ERIRI garments are made to last from season to season and are honestly priced considering the sourcing of premium linen and the quality of our luxury manufacturing. We decide to produce in small batches in order to guarantee you to wear a piece you won’t find everywhere.
At ERIRI we love thoughtful minimalism and design functionality so we take our time in order to design garments and accessories made to last and worth repairing and passing down…To us, this is the core definition of slow fashion! We aim at designing garments that you can mix and match with what you already have in your wardrobe or other ERIRI goods, so you can build a considered closet of pieces that are relevant to you and your needs! We want to be part of a global movement of fashion that makes good!

THOUGHTFUL ENTREPRISE

At ERIRI, we produce on demand through a pre-order system, so that we produce only what we need and we try to design out waste at this stage (manufacture) of the value chain. We produce our garments in Editions because we do not believe in weekly drops that fade quickly. Each edition takes its time to be ready! We work taking into consideration the realistic timeline of development of our garments, because it takes time to make well-made and desirable clothes, supporting the makers without pressure! ⠀⠀Of course we only choose to work with partners that align with our values. With a focus on thoughtful business, and in partnership with our trusted suppliers and makers, we work to make each step of every ERIRI garment’s journey as considered as possible. We constantly ask questions and keep on reflect about how we can innovate, reinvent the fashion industry at our pace. We are proud of our sustainability practices in certain areas, yet, we know there is always room for improvement in others. That’s why we commit to having an honest dialogue with you about our successes and challenges on this journey. We are not perfect, but we promise to work tirelessly towards a better way of doing things.
