SHIPPING

For items in stock :

Once we receive your order, ERIRI team will start working on it. If your order is placed before 10 AM (Paris Time), it will be shipped on the same day, excluding weekend and public holidays. Otherwise, it will be shipped the next working day. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

In the event of an order for products in stock, they will be delivered within four (4) weeks maximum from the date the order is placed on our website.

We ship to Europe + UK only at the moment.

For items on pre-order : 

ERIRI offers pre-order garments and accessories. The manufacturing of these items only starts once the pre-order period is over, and provided that the minimum manufacturing quantities have been reached. The time between your pre-order and the delivery varies according to the type of product sold and to its manufacturing requirements. You will be informed on a regular basis of the manufacturing stages and the progress of your order. As soon as the pre-order period is closed and after checking manufacturing times with our suppliers and manufacturers, you will be informed of the firm delivery time of your ERIRI item. In any event, the maximum delivery time for pre-ordered products will be six (6) months from the closure of the pre-order campaign.

RETURNS

We hope you love your selected ERIRI pieces, however if you decide that it is not the best match, we would like to make it easy for you.

ERIRI has fourteen (14) days return policy, meaning that you need to send your returned item/s within the next fourteen (14) days after you received your purchase in order to be eligible for a refund. Your returned item must be unused, clean and in the same condition that you received it (please be aware of jewellery snags or makeup stains), in the original packaging with its tags and labels, cards, and potential gifts.

Once your item is received, we will inspect it and let you know if your return is approved or not. If it is, ERIRI will refund the full value of the goods using the same method as your original payment within fourteen (14) working days. Please note that we will not refund the original shipping costs.

Please note that ERIRI digital gift cards can not be refunded.

To start your return, send us an email to concierge@eriri-editions.com and we will send you a prepaid return label (only for Metropolitan France) for your package via Colissimo or Mondial Relay.

Europe

Returns are at the charge of the customer. You should consider using a trackable shipping service to be able to follow your returned item.

A refund (excluding the initial shipping costs and the return delivery charges) will be issued to the means of payment used for the purchase, within fourteen (14) working days following the delivery of your return parcel in our warehouse. 

 

EXCHANGES

Please note we do not accept item / colour / size exchanges at the moment.

In case of faulty item(s) only, exchanges will be possible within the limits of available stocks.


DEFECTIVE ITEMS

All items go through a quality control before they are shipped. In case you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at concierge@eriri-editions.com. If the product is defective, the return shipping fees will be the responsibility of ERIRI. In this case, ERIRI will provide you a prepaid return mailing label that you can use to return your package (in the original packaging with its tags and labels, cards, and potential gifts). Please contact the customer service at  concierge@eriri-editions.com to get it within three (3) days.

Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately.
